CivicOS is the CivicGuard software platform. Readers supply enrolled-vehicle events; context cameras support review; the mobile trailer extends coverage. One subscription connects the hardware to search, alerts, dispositions, and audit history.
Municipal partners fund deployments; chartered public-integrity boards receive independent reviewer access. Operating departments can respond to observations but cannot erase a board’s review or revoke its access. Residents receive aggregate reports and may refer concerns through their local board; individual movement histories are not an open public lookup.
