Riverton Independent Integrity Board
Notice of official vehicle enrollment
To: Office of Councilmember Martin Voss
Asset: Council-assigned vehicle CV-06
Program: Civic corridor accountability
Enrollment has been applied.
Your assigned public vehicle falls within the scope approved by council on June 4. Matching vehicle events may be reviewed by authorized integrity officers. The system does not establish the driver’s identity or make an automated finding of misconduct.
What this means
Official movements through approved corridors are subject to the same review standard as comparable enrolled assets. Your office may provide context. It may not remove an inconvenient observation.
Events default to seven-day retention. Approved exceptions and documented holds are governed by the published policy. Access, export, and administrative audit records are preserved separately for seven years.
Objection procedure
Submit a specific operational, legal, or protection concern to Records Officer Judith Bell through the city clerk’s established correspondence channel. Identify the asset, requested restriction, authority, and proposed duration. The independent board will issue a written determination.
If the objection concerns privacy rather than a particular protection need, please identify which protections you previously considered unnecessary when applied to residents.
No response is required to continue enrollment. Silence will not be characterized as consent.
